Our services:

Tree Health and Safety Inspections

Connick Tree Care are comprehensively qualified to evaluate tree safety.

Our services will discharge your liabilities in relation to trees in a cost-effective way and provide you with appropriate management advice.

Tree owners have a general "duty of care" to visitors (including trespassers) under the Owner’s and Occupiers Liability Act. If a tree falls and causes damage to people or property the owner will be liable if it can be proven that they have been negligent.

Tree Hazards can be caused by defects as a result of decay and disease or external sources such as adverse weather conditions. Connick Tree Care are expert in recognizing hazardous defects in trees and to suggest possible corrective actions, to avoid damage to property and potentially fatal accidents.

For commercial property owners and managers, an effective system for managing trees should meet the requirements set out in the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the associated ACoP (guidance is contained in HSG 65 Successful health and safety management and INDG 163 Five steps to risk assessment).
